“Podcastnik”, whatever that is, was founded by Pete Collman and Travis Dow in Prague, Czech Republic in 2013. Travis now lives in Grand Ronde; Pete’s in Prague, but they both still do stuff.
- The best thing to ever come out of the Podcastnik Studios is Pete Collman’s Past Access on YouTube. Definitely start there.
- Visit the Podcastnik Audio feed for our “Greatest Hits” (and maybe the Podcastnik YouTube channel).
- We started with history podcasts and videos, which have accumulated over 500 episodes in three languages and millions of listens worldwide.
- Travis paints and exhibits art locally around Grand Ronde and Sheridan, Oregon. dowsart.com
- Books. Pete and Travis have published books.
- Travis’ art and books at the Buell Grange Market on the first weekend of every month
- He also haunts the Sheridan Museum of History, the Grand Ronde Library, and other historic buildings in the area.

Will there be any more history of Germany?
Hello Pete and Travis,
I am new to Bohemican and Alchemy podcasts. I have noticed a decrease in activity this year (2021). I have gotten through 2015 Bohemican podcasts so far. These are terrific. I am wondering if you may pick up activity. If so, I would really like to learn about the Slovak side of Bohemia.
Best,
Les
Hallo Travis,
jojo
Thank you all for your great work! I really do like “Americana für euch”, and I think I will soon have infected my eleven-year-old son, too. 😉
Würdest Du an diesem Schriftlichen Interview teilnehmen?
Peter Zeintl
The Questionaire document is english and german.

Love your shows! I just listened to the five year episode on bohemican. Can’t believe it’s been that long since I came across y’all on iTunes. Decided to finally write some 5 star reviews for the shows. Apologies for taking so long. You guys are amazing and I wish I could financially support your work but life’s tight at the moment. So I just wanted to thank you guys for all you’ve done over the last five years. It’s opened my eyes to a whole other world. I did want to say I do web/newsletter/photography/etc if y’all want help, please let me know. Unfortunately my trip in Prague a few months ago involved getting sick for half the time I was there. I did snap some shots at castle Prague that I’d be happy to make available if you want. Let me know! Maybe sell some prints if you’d like.
